By accessing mmldigital.site, purchasing or using SyncRoutine Engine, or engaging with our productivity solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately.
1. Purpose and Nature of the Service
SyncRoutine Engine is a digital productivity software tool designed for personal habit tracking, visual consistency streaks, and adaptive micro-challenges within the FocusForge ecosystem.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
To purchase and utilize SyncRoutine Engine, you must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal capacity in your country of residence. You are solely responsible for:
- Providing accurate and truthful billing and identification details.
- Safeguarding your access credentials, license keys, and account links.
- All actions taken under your account or license.
3. Pricing, Billing, and Currency
- One-Time Upgrade: The commercial license for SyncRoutine Engine is provided as a one-time upgrade payment of US$ 37.00 (United States Dollars), unless specified otherwise during checkout.
- Payment Processing: Transactions are handled by third-party payment gateways. We do not store, process, or transmit complete credit card numbers. Your purchase is effective once confirmed and authorized by the payment processor.
- Taxes and Conversion: Depending on your jurisdiction and bank, foreign transaction fees, local taxes, or currency conversion spreads may apply and are the responsibility of the purchaser.
4. License and Permitted Use
Upon full payment, MML Digital grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, worldwide personal license to use SyncRoutine Engine for your individual, non-commercial productivity purposes, subject to our End User License Agreement (EULA). You may not:
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the software.
- Copy, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code.
- Bypass, modify, or circumvent any technical protections, authentication gates, or access mechanisms.
- Use the software for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
5. Intellectual Property
All software code, visual designs, interfaces, trademarks, brand names ("MML Digital", "SyncRoutine Engine", "FocusForge"), graphics, layouts, and copy are the exclusive intellectual property of MML Digital or its licensors, protected under Brazilian Intellectual Property Laws (Law No. 9,609/1998 and Law No. 9,610/1998) and international copyright treaties.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
SyncRoutine Engine is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that software operation will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully compatible with every hardware device, browser version, or operating system configuration.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MML Digital and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of time, loss of profits, data corruption, or business interruption). Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the product shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the SyncRoutine Engine upgrade (US$ 37.00).
Nothing in these Terms limits rights guaranteed under mandatory Brazilian consumer protection statutes, including the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (Law No. 8,078/1990).
8. Cancellation and Refunds
Refunds and returns are governed exclusively by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, including the statutory 7-day unconditional right of withdrawal.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the consumer's domicile in Brazil, or where permitted by law, the judicial district of Ipatinga, Minas Gerais, Brazil.
